Wrong Item/Damaged Item

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused!

If you receive the wrong product or if your package is damaged or lost, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receipt and include photos showing the damage. Please include your order number in the email. We will process your request as soon as possible.

Regarding Custom Products (e.g., Commission Wigs, Styled Wigs)
1. Once the production schedule has been confirmed and materials have been prepared, the deposit for custom products is non-refundable.
2. Before shipping custom products, we will confirm the details with the order customer. Shipment will only be made after the customer is satisfied. The remaining balance for custom products must be paid in full before shipment. If the delivery time is delayed due to a delay in payment of the remaining balance (standard shipping time is 25–35 business days), the customer will bear the corresponding responsibility.
3. If, upon receipt of a custom product, the hair gel has melted, the hairstyle is disheveled, or there is minor deformation due to shipping, we will assist the customer with repairs.
4. If a custom product package is lost or the product is unusable due to quality issues, we will prioritize providing a remake service (at our expense).
5. If the customer provides incorrect head circumference measurements resulting in the product being unwearable, the customer bears responsibility for this; we can provide a remake service for a fee.
6. Please understand that we have already invested materials, time, and effort into our custom product service. You are purchasing not only the final product but also the customization service we provide. Therefore, once production of a custom product has begun, we do not accept order cancellations or full refunds for reasons attributable to the customer.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

1. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

2. Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving the original order.

3. All items must be returned in their original condition, free of scratches or signs of wear, and must not have undergone any size adjustments or alterations. (Please keep the original packaging safe for 14 days after receipt until you decide to keep the product.)

4. Return shipping costs and import duties are the customer’s responsibility.

5. When returning an item, any promotional gifts received must also be returned. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

6. Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please take note of this when placing your order. The customer is responsible for any losses resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer that prevents delivery.
