Custom products require 25–35 business days for processing; please consult customer service regarding the production schedule when placing your order.

When your tracking number is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Shipping Times
1. Standard shipping for regular products: 10–15 business days,

2. Custom products (commission wigs) shipped as large packages: 25–35 business days

Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate of $8.99 to $19.99, depending on the country or region.

Taxes and Duties
Product prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include sales tax but do not include customs duties.

Some countries and regions may require the payment of customs duties and import taxes. All applicable duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the amount of customs duties you will be required to pay, but your local customs office should be able to provide an estimate. We are not responsible for any customs actions and/or fees and/or taxes and/or delays beyond our control.

Note:

1. If your order cannot be shipped or if there is a delay in shipping due to product unavailability, our customer service representative will contact you.

2. Once the tracking status shows “Delivered,” we are not responsible for any loss of the package. Please use the tracking number we provided to track your order until it is delivered. If you have not received your order but the tracking number shows it has been delivered, please consult your mail carrier, neighbors, building manager/mailroom, and local post office before contacting us, please first check with your mail carrier, neighbors, building manager/mailroom, and local post office;.

3. Once an order is placed, you cannot change your shipping address, billing address, or other information; therefore, please ensure you enter the correct shipping and billing addresses. If you entered an incorrect address, you may contact us to confirm whether the order has been shipped so that we can cancel it, allowing you to place a new order with the correct information.

4. If a customer provides an incorrect address or cannot be contacted, resulting in the package being returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the second shipping label we must issue to resend the package after we receive it. If a customer cancels an order, we will charge a $20 return fee (for U.S. orders) or a $30 return fee (for international orders) to cover the customer’s original shipping, packaging, and handling costs.

5. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico may require additional payment and take longer.

6. We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent orders. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
